Getting started
How do I install the eagleX app?
eagleX is a web app. No app store needed. Install it directly from your browser and it will work just like a native app.

- Tap the Share button
- Tap "Add to Home Screen"

- Open app.eaglexcards.com in Chrome
- Tap the menu
- Tap "Install App"
Once installed, eagleX will appear on your home screen with its own icon, just like any other app.
How does verification work?
Virtual cards are pre-verified upon purchase.
For physical cards, users complete verification through a simple document upload (not a live verification). The process requires uploading two photos: a photo of a valid passport and a selfie while holding the same passport.

Are any countries banned?
Yes, some countries are restricted due to Visa and Mastercard policies. These include Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Venezuela, Russian Federation, Ukraine, Myanmar, Somalia and Yemen, among others. Contact us via Email or Telegram for the complete list.
Are my funds safe?
Yes. eagleX does not hold any of your funds. Each card has a unique top-up address. Upon deposit, your card will be topped up with the funds immediately.

How long does it take to receive my card?
Virtual cards are activated instantly. Physical cards take 5–7 days to be shipped to your desired address.
Can I have a custom name printed on the physical card?
The physical card comes without a name by default. If you'd like it personalised, simply contact us via Email or Telegram right after placing your order and we'll add the custom name for you.
You only have 2 cards? Who issues them?
eagleX is starting with 2 cards, but more are coming in the future. Our cards are issued by reputable partners and trusted institutions in Hong Kong and Singapore.
Payments & fees
How do I top up my card?
Each card has its own unique deposit address. You can find it by tapping "Top Up" on your card inside the app after activation. Simply send USDT or USDC (BTC coming soon) to that address and your card balance will be updated automatically. We support BEP-20, ERC-20, and TRC-20 networks.
Top-ups may take up to 5 minutes for the balance to sync with your card. You don't need to log in every time. The address is permanent, so you can save it and send funds directly from your wallet whenever you need.

Can I buy everything?
Almost everything. For security reasons, some merchant categories are blocked, such as petrol, betting, crypto, military supplies, gaming credits, non-profit organizations and government agencies, among others. Contact us via Email or Telegram for full details.
Is there an FX fee?
Yes. A standard Mastercard/Visa foreign exchange fee of up to 1.5% applies.
